Cancellation & Refund Policy

^^^^^^^^CANCELLATION CAN BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE BEING MADE FOR A FULL REFUND LESS THE SHIPPING CHARGES, UNLESS IT IS A CUSTOM AND/OR PERSONALIZED ORDER WHICH IS NON-REFUNDABLE. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR EACH SALE INCLUDING THE RETURN SHIPPING. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN UNTIL THE MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION.^^^^^^^

AN EXAMPLE WOULD BE IF PAID BY A DISCOVER CARD, THE REFUND WOULD BE GIVEN BACK TO THAT SAME CREDIT CARD TYPE AND NUMBER, INSTEAD OF CASH OR CHECK. ^^^^ALL SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST BE TO A PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS...NO P.O. BOXES ACCEPTED. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO PLACE AN ORDER THAT IS NOT A VERIFIED ADDRESS OR IS TO A POST OFFICE BOX, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED AND REFUND ISSUED LESS THE PAYPAL FEES. ^^^ALL ORDERS MUST BE MADE THROUGH PAYPAL UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED. ^^^^ITEMS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE CONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESS ON PAYPAL, UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON. ^^^^SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS DURING SHIPPING. BUYER MAY BUY INSURANCE TO COVER LOSS OR DAMAGE. THE BUYER MUST ADVISE THE SELLER PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE PURCHASE, THEIR DESIRE TO HAVE THE INSURANCE FEE ADDED TO THE SHIPPING. IF THE BUYER DOES NOT OBTAIN THE INSURANCE, THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT OCCURS DURING SHIPPING AND ALL SHIPPING CHARGES. Come on in an visit my shop. I want you to have the best possible experience shopping here. Custom orders are welcome and actually encouraged. I am open to your ideas, so if you do not see something listed in my shop that fits your needs, but would like to discuss the possibility of me creating your desired product, please convo me. We can go from there to figure out the rest.
The buyer will be responsible to read all shop announcements and policies before making a purchase. The buyer must abide by all the policies set forth. The buyer is also responsible for reading over the listing to make sure all desired information is included on the listing. A payment of the invoice is an indications of acceptance of the terms on the invoice. The seller will not be held responsible for information pertaining to the order that has been omitted from the order or the invoice. NO REFUND will be given for parts of the request on the order that are missing or not included as buyer has requested, unless the buyer made the seller aware that it needed to be included. The seller works from the invoice and notes on the order. All information must be present in those areas to ensure the order is fulfilled to the buyers request. The seller requires the buyer to convo or email the seller with the order request. This ensures that the seller has the information needed to refer back to when working on the order.
****It is also possible if a certain glass design is not available, the item may be replaced without notice with a product of similar or greater value.***** No refunds will be given in this type of situation. If the buyer feels it needs to be the identical style of glass they are responsible to make this known to the seller at the time of placing the order, NO REFUNDS!!
*********The address you are shipping to must be a confirmed address and must match the ship to address on your PayPal receipt when you are making the payment. Please convo me with any special requests or arrangements. I will not take responsibility for any special requests that are not sent to me in a convo and I acknowledge the request. It will be up to the seller's discretion if they want to ship to an unconfirmed address. NO REFUNDS will be given if this policy is not followed./br>
****Also, please let me know if you would like to include and pay for insurance against loss or damage of your shipped merchandise. The seller will no longer take responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs during the shipment of the sold merchandise. The buyer is also responsible to request and pay for tracking on each purchase if they want to receive tracking on their purchase.
NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be given if this policy is not followed. NO REFUNDS after 30 days! The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs/expense on all returned items. NO REFUNDS on custom or personalized orders once you have made payment. NO REFUNDS on shipping fees for any type of sales through my shop, included being unhappy with a purchase that is being returned. The seller will not be responsible for the return shipping for any reason, this will be the sole responsibility for the buyer. There may be times when a deposit is required before your custom order is started. This requirement would be based upon each individual job.

The buyer must also request to purchase tracking on their shipment as well. The seller will not be responsible for purchasing and/or providing tracking, this will fully be the responsibility of the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to request that the insurance for loss or damage, as well as the shipment tracking be added at their cost. The seller is not responsible to ask if they want it added.
It is entirely the buyer's responsibility to review the listing set up for them, to make sure everything being requested by the buyer has been included. Once payment has been made this is an indication of acceptance of the terms of the sales as indicated on the PayPal invoice. This information is what the seller will be working from. NO REFUNDS will be given for information that was not included on the invoice, but wanted by the buyer.
