Cancellation, Refund, and Other Policy Information

Come on in an visit my shop. I want you to have the best possible experience shopping here. Custom orders are welcome and actually encouraged. I am open to your ideas, so if you do not see something listed in my shop that fits your needs, but would like to discuss the possibility of me creating your desired product, please convo me. We can go from there to figure out the rest.
****I periodically offer a 10% off sale in my shop. On the days when this sale occurs, that cancels out my multiple order discount. You will only receive a 10% discount on your multiple order, no other discounts apply!!!****

^^^^^^^^^ The items in my shop are created only after a sale is complete in my shop. Please keep in mind time needs to be allowed for the items to be created and made ready for shipping. My items are created by hand and not 2 items will be exactly alike.
The method of payment accepted is PAYPAL.
NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be given if this policy is not followed. NO REFUNDS after 30 days! The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs/expense on all returned items. NO REFUNDS on custom or personalized orders once you have made payment. NO REFUNDS on shipping fees for any type of sales through my shop, included being unhappy with a purchase that is being returned. The seller will not be responsible for the return shipping for any reason, this will be the sole responsibility for the buyer.
There may be times when a deposit is required before a large custom order is started. This requirement would be based upon each individual job.
No refunds on the personalized wire wood hangers, as they are personalized and cannot be resold.
All Ohio residents will be subject to paying sales tax of 6.75%!
In most cases I ship via USPS Priority Mail for U.S. orders and include tracking. If the buyer desires any other form of shipping or services, it is their sole responsibility to request and pay for the desired services. Seller is not responsible.
International orders are usually shipped 1st Class Mail, which does not include tracking or insurance. If you are an international buyer it is up to you to request and pay for any other shipping, tracking, and insurance if it is desired.
Hanger orders: DUE TO DEMAND: Approximately 7 days prior to the due date provided when the order is place. If enough time is allowed, or approximately AFTER 2 WEEKS from date ordered, and is based on availability on my shipping calendar. I make every effort to ship orders out a week prior to the due date, so consider this when you are indicating the date needed by at the time of making the sale. I will let you know when your order is on the way via Paypal when shipping is paid for, as I now am using the Click and Ship via Paypal for all U.S. orders. An email will be sent via PayPal to the email address on the PayPal account, once the item has shipped.

All other orders: Allow approximately 2 weeks for your item to be ready for shipping. I will let you know once it has shipped! If you need it sooner, please check with me prior to completing your sale.
I SHIP TO THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE ON THE PAYPAL INVOICE. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT. IF IT NEEDS TO BE SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS, PLEASE INCLUDE THIS INFORMATION IN THE NOTES SECTION WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER PLUS EMAIL ME TO BRING IT TO MY ATTENTION.
****Also, please let me know if you would like to include and pay for insurance against loss or damage of your shipped merchandise, or if you want to request the package to be signed for. The seller will no longer take responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs during the shipment of the sold merchandise.

It is fully the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the post office should their product be damaged or missing. In case of damaged goods, the buyer must retain the packaging and damaged product to show the post office at the time the claim is made. There may be a 30 days waiting period to file a claim on lost goods. The buyer needs to let the seller know if additional documentation is required by the post office to file their claim.
The buyer will be responsible to read all shop announcements and policies before making a purchase. ***Completing a purchase is an indication of the acceptance of the seller's shop announcements and policies.
The buyer must abide by all the policies set forth. The buyer is also responsible for reading over the listing to make sure all desired information is included on the listing. A payment of the invoice is an indications of acceptance of the terms on the invoice. The seller will not be held responsible for information pertaining to the order that has been omitted from the order, invoice or the online form.. NO REFUNDS will be given for parts of the request on the order that are missing or not included. ALL desired designs, colors, writing, painting, writing in wire must be present in the "Note to Seller" section. Seller is not responsible for any items not listed here, not being part of the finished product!

PERSONALIZED HANGERS
WRITING IN WIRE:
· I use capital letters for the first letter of a name, unless requested otherwise.
· In most cases cursive lettering is used, not printed. I provide a sample of the
script referred to when creating the letters. Some may vary due to the nature of creating in wire. The uppercase “Q” will be in printed form.
- The capital “F” and “T” are similar. I have made every effort to create the capital “F”, but find it to be a difficult letter to make
working with the wire. You may request a lower case “f” if you are concerned with the look of it and fear you may not be happy with it.
_ There is a concern with some buyers that the cursive lowercase “n” is a “m”. Please keep in mind this is cursive. The lowercase cursive “m” has three humps, not two as the printed version. The lowercase cursive “n” has two, and one is the printed version. ***Refer to script for more information!!
_ It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to make this request in the note area Paypal, when completing the sale via Etsy.
· NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES will be made after the sale is complete. No exceptions!!
· Limit of 12 characters in the wire including spaces.
· Other words may be done. Ask if you are not sure.
· I no longer offer ribbons on my hangers.
<· Wood: Expect small flaws in the wood, as it may not be perfect. I only alter the hangers and do not make them.

· Seller is not responsible for any details of your order that is not included on the form. I do not refer back to pictures on the invoice, convos, emails, or any other place just the form. Information not in the "Note to Seller" section will not be on your hanger!

PAINTED GLASS: All of my work is painted by freehand and no two pieces will be exactly alike. The painted stems and bases may vary from what is shown the pictures on each listing. These are sample designs. The glass size or style will be indicated in the listing. If you desire a different size or style of glass, please convo me. Your stem style will be what is shown in the picture, unless you notify you desire a different style.
I require that you include all of the details for your orders be placed in the "Note to Seller" section. I do not refer back to convos, emails, or other places.
Any design may be painted on a variety of glassware including:
20 Ounce White or Red Wine Glasses

10 Ounce Red Wine Glasses
Martini Glasses
Margarita Glasses
Pilsner Glasses
Champagne Glasses
Iced Tea/Water Glasses

Other which is your choice!
Please let me know if you do not see the piece of glassware you are looking for. It is possible I may be able to get it for you.
I use acrylic enamel paint, which is dishwasher safe if placed on the top rack. Do not allow the pieces to sit in standing water. I recommend hand washing to preserve the design.
ALL ORDERS IN MY SHOP:
You may choose from a design in my shop or have a custom design created to fit your needs. I love to work with brides, wedding planners, and special event organizers to make your gathering special.
I accept custom orders and will be more than glad to set up a special listing just for you. Once you have paid for a custom order, NO REFUNDS will be allowed.
Personalization (writing on) of any item is done as a courtesy, at no charge. NO REFUND will be given pertaining to personalization since it is being done as a courtesy.
